Joelissa and Justin had dreamt of a sea of sunflowers for their engagement photos, but Mother Nature and some very hungry deer had other plans. But, did they let this setback dampen their spirits? Absolutely not! They simply took it in stride and chose a location that is a personal favorite of mine.
What a day it turned out to be! Even though it was August, the air had a refreshing chill to it (my favorite), setting the stage for an engagement session that was nothing short of magical. Our connection was instant, bonding over our shared love for Harry Potter, Nightmare Before Christmas, and the beautiful location.
As the morning sun played hide and seek amidst the lush, green trees, Joelissa and Justin were all about love, laughter, and a whole lot of snuggling. They were absolute troopers, diving headfirst into every wacky prompt I threw their way, even when it involved splashing around in the water! The joy in their eyes as they skipped, twirled, ran, and shared dip kisses was palpable, filling the air with an infectious, carefree energy.
